the location was central near attractions and metro stations. the apartment included elevator access and luggage lockers for early arrivals. i found the room quiet with windows closed despite several restaurants below. it had filtered water in the lobby for guest use.

the location was great, near the plaza santa ana. museums and historical sites were within walking distance, which i appreciated. the app communication was quick, especially for check-out bag storage in the lockers. the apartment suited my needs well.
The room soundproofing could use improvement. Hallway and stairwell noise was noticeable.

great location well designed room blacked out windows scary view
the location was great. we had everything one would need. the room was clean and tidy. it was a nice and well designed room, with all what we needed.
there were windows, but they were blacked out. we had a scary view out the window, it was a dark tunnel. there was a lot of noise coming into the apartment from the bars and clubs nearby and also from the neighbouring apartments.
